The S1 Pro has excellent navigation and mapping capabilities, thanks to its internal dToF system. It can maintain a low-profile while still providing top-notch object detection. It can be driven close to walls without crashing and avoids steps, and also raises its mop automatically when driving over rugs or carpets with a short pile. It had a difficult time when it came across longer-pile carpets as well as there were a few large, thick piles of dried-on debris.
The S1 Pro is ready to go straight out of the box and it just requires just a few minutes of mapping to discover your home.
